Takeda announced that, for the sixth consecutive year, it was one of only 15 global companies to achieve global Top Employer® certification for 2023. Takeda is also recognized as a Top Employer across 22 countries, strengthening its commitment to creating a diverse, equitable and inclusive working environment and an exceptional employee experience.
What does the recognition mean for Takeda?
The Top Employers Institute program certifies firms based on the results of their HR Best Practices Survey. The survey covers 6 domains consisting of 20 topics like People Strategy, Work Environment, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Diversity & Inclusion, Well-being, etc.
