Takeda recognized as global Top Employer for the sixth straight year

Lauren Duprey, Chief Human Resources Officer at Takeda

Takeda announced that, for the sixth consecutive year, it was one of only 15 global companies to achieve global Top Employer® certification for 2023. Takeda is also recognized as a Top Employer across 22 countries, strengthening its commitment to creating a diverse, equitable and inclusive working environment and an exceptional employee experience.

What does the recognition mean for Takeda?

The Top Employers Institute program certifies firms based on the results of their HR Best Practices Survey. The survey covers 6 domains consisting of 20 topics like People Strategy, Work Environment, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Diversity & Inclusion, Well-being, etc.

“We are steadfast in our commitment to creating a culture that fosters collaboration, well-being and resilience, and this recognition as a top employer by the Top Employers Institute further underscores that focus,” said Lauren Duprey, Chief Human Resources Officer, Takeda.

“The work we do transforms lives, helping patients with little to no treatment options, and our people are at the cornerstone of everything we do. Our people do business with a purpose and we are proud to provide them a work environment that enables their success.”

Why did Takeda win in the category?
