GoTo, the all-in-one business communications and IT support platform, recently announced Sydney FC has extended its official partnership with the business, as GoTo has increased its commitment to the Sky Blues. GoTo has partnered with Sydney FC’s team since last season.
Sydney FC needed to improve its customer support solutions to overcome the many challenges brought on by the pandemic. As Sydney FC outgrew its legacy communications solution, the organisation implemented GoTo, improving both customer experience and customer engagement through its GoTo Connect and GoTo Contact Centre solutions.
