Swoop appoints Patricia Jones as its next Chief Financial Officer

Fixed wireless and wholesale network infrastructure provider Swoop Holdings Limited (ASX:SWP) (Swoop) has announced its new Chief Financial Officer, Patricia Jones.

Patricia will formally commence on 19 April 2022, with the position made vacant by current CFO John Phillips, who is retiring from public company life to spend more time with family.

What is Patricia’s industry expertise?

Patricia has had a stellar career spanning nearly 30 years, commencing at KPMG. She has worked in senior group financial management roles across ASX-listed entities including Stockland Group and real estate investment trust, GPT. Patricia also worked at CPB Contractors of multi-national contractor CIMIC, and the capital funds division of Macquarie Group.

Over the past five years, Patricia has been CFO at construction services company Paynter Dixon, and Better That – an e-Commerce start-up with a focus on social responsibility.

What does Patricia bring to Swoop?

John will remain at Swoop in a part-time advisory basis to allow for a smooth transition.
