Stax, the only native Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud management platform, has announced that Adam Beavis has been appointed as the company’s new Managing Director (MD).
Beavis joins from Amazon Web Services, taking up the mantle from Stax’s Co-Founder Thor Essman, who will now shift to become Executive Chair of the wider group.
Adam Beavis brings experience to Stax
Beavis has a wealth of experience, having spent 8 years at AWS in a variety of commercially focused roles, like Managing Director of ISV and Digital Native Businesses, Asia Pacific & Japan, Managing Director of Australia and New Zealand, and Director of Enterprise.
Prior to Amazon Web Services, Adam Beavis also held a variety of consultancy and great leadership roles at Red Hat, Thomas Dureyea Consulting, CommVault, and VMware.
As the MD at Stax, Beavis will drive the company’s Go to Market strategy and help create new markets for its cloud management offering as it expands into Asia and the USA.
He will work with Davinia Simon, Head of Sales and Growth Markets and James Coxon, Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer at Stax, plus the company’s staff, to help firms successfully navigate the next big challenges in cloud and deliver ongoing transformative outcomes.
