WorkJam is tasked with solving critical communication and operational challenges experienced across its 210+ stores, ensuring free-flowing two-way communication through implementation of its employee communication model.

The workforce will now be connected, providing the ability to share relevant information and content, driving employee engagement across all stores. With the monitoring of policies and standards, a key goal for Spendless Shoes, WorkJam’s training and task management solutions will ensure that campaign and product knowledge is disseminated across all stores.

Managers will now save time choreographing their workload directly through the WorkJam modules while the frontline teams will be empowered with digital tools they need to perform.
