Aussie micro-credentials firm RMIT Online appoints Nic Cola as its CEO

One of Australia’s leading innovators in online courses and micro-credentials, RMIT Online announced the appointment of the executive Nic Cola as its new CEO. Mr. Cola has extensive experience leading digital transformation across education, media and travel sectors.

What does Cola bring to RMIT Online in the role?

Prior to RMIT Online, Mr. Cola was Open Colleges‘ Managing Director in Australia for over four years and oversaw the rapid growth of the group’s online courses and student enrolments.

RMIT Online partners with top firms including Accenture, AWS, Salesforce and IBM to develop online courses and micro-credentials that deliver practical in-demand skills aligned with current market needs. Students learn about areas such as AI, Data Analysis, Digital Marketing or Cybersecurity with professionals from some of the best companies in Australia.

Mr. Cola will commence on 3 April 2023.
