The Molpus Woodlands Group, LLC (Molpus) announced Terrell Winstead will become Molpus’s new President on August 1, 2022. Bob Lyle, Molpus’s current President, will transition from management but will continue to serve Molpus as Special Advisor to the President, and as a board member, investment committee, and as managing broker for its real estate activities.
What does Winstead bring to the role?
Winstead currently serves as Molpus’s Executive Vice President. He previously served Molpus as its longtime Chief Financial Officer. Commenting on the news, current president Bob Lyle said, “I am pleased that Terrell was chosen to serve as the next president of our company.”

Terrell has been an impactful driver of the strategic growth of our company as well as the overall timberland industry. What are the other executive changes at Molpus?
In addition, Molpus also announced that, effective August 1, 2022, Michael Cooper, Senior Director of Client Relations and Business Development; Tyler Rosamond, Chief Financial Officer (CFO); and Ken Sewell, Chief Operating Officer (CPO), have been promoted to additional positions as Executive Vice President within Molpus. Also, George Dahduh has been promoted to the position of Vice President of Client Relations and Business Development.
