MetLife, one of the world’s leading financial services companies, is bringing digital healthcare and retirement solutions to new markets across Asia, as it introduces the award-winning 360Health to Nepal and 360Future to Korea. 360Health was created to help users take an active role in managing their health and wellbeing, so they can live healthier for longer.
What is the market offering of MetLife’s solutions?
Nepal is the latest market in Asia to benefit from this innovative healthcare solution, which has won 25 awards since launching in 2018 and is already available online and via mobile apps to consumers in Australia, Bangladesh, China, Korea, and the United Arab Emirates.
360Future helps clients prep for retirement earlier and support them better as they age, with a combination of retirement savings, insurance, health and wealth services. After a successful launch in China last year, 360Future is bringing the first comprehensive retirement solution to Korea, covering asset management, health management and life care. Over 30 services will help clients in Korea enhance quality of life while providing healthcare support during illness.
“360Health and 360Future are hallmarks of MetLife’s excellent customer care. The growing adoption of these offerings across the region is evidence of the value that they bring to our customers and their families. We are committed to being with our customers at every stage in their lives, whether it’s protecting their health or preparing for retirement, so they can face the future with confidence,” commented Sanjeev Kapur, Chief Marketing Officer, MetLife Asia.
What does this mean for regional clients?
MetLife customers in Nepal will experience digital healthcare like never before with 360Health. They can track their heart rate, blood pressure, and health metrics through the Binah feature on the app, powered by Artificial Intelligence. They can also access services like appointment bookings, home testing, ambulance services, virtual doctor consultations and second opinions from international specialists. Various services are also available to non-customers.
In Korea, all MetLife customers have convenient access to 360Future through the customer service app MetLife One. In addition, MetLife policyholders who meet eligibility criteria can access premium services including disease prevention care, free caregiver services, and one-on-one personal rehabilitation training. The 360Future solution also offers personalized support to the elderly, including travel planning according to their health condition.
