Lenovo has appointed John McCloskey as the company’s Managing Director for Lenovo’s Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG) business in the Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) region.

Based in Sydney, John McCloskey will assume an important role in championing Lenovo’s end-to-end solutions, spanning from the edge to the cloud, while elevating customer confidence throughout the market. John McCloskey brings with him a wealth of experience garnered over a distinguished career spanning 25+ years in the IT industry across Europe and Australia. Most recently, he served as the Enterprise Sales Director at Veeam Software, where he spent more than 5 years and led the internal and external teams to achieve high customer growth and satisfaction.
Additionally, John McCloskey also worked with Dell for more than 20 years and he was able to consistently grow Server, Storage, and Networking revenues. His strong reputation for building and nurturing high-performing teams aligns seamlessly with Lenovo’s core values.
