KINSHIP digital, a global provider of digital media management and open-source intelligence solutions, has been selected to be part of the Media Services Panel established by Services Australia. KINSHIP digital and its technology partner Sprinklr, the innovative world-renown Unified-Citizen Experience Management platform, will provide media monitoring and related services to government agencies over three years, which commenced on 1 March 2023.

Why was KINSHIP digital appointed to the panel?

The panel is divided into five parts: media and social media monitoring, analysis, response management and customer engagement, publishing, and professional media services. KINSHIP digital has been picked for four categories, excluding professional media services.

KINSHIP digital and Sprinklr have a proven track record of delivering citizen-centric solutions within the public sector, which includes agreements with Defence Australia, the City of Sydney, the Department of Home Affairs, Transport for NSW, etc. Further, the Civil Services and Government Development Bureau of Qatar recently selected Sprinklr as the technology platform to deliver unified digital citizen experiences across its government agencies.

Steadfast in its mission to elevate the digital experience for its citizens to new heights, the Bureau has established a Citizen Experience Centre of Excellence (CoE), designed to harness the power of Sprinklr’s Unified-CXM platform and professional services expertise.
