JAX Tyres & Auto wins the Best CX Transformation at the CX Awards

JAX Tyres & Auto has won the Best CX Transformation 2022 at ANZ’s Customer Experience (CX) Awards, pipping other top businesses to the accolade, like the NRMA and Accor Plus.

In doing so, JAX Tyres & Auto has further consolidated its position as one of the most trusted brands in the tyre and auto market, through a focus on seamless customer experience integration across the four pillars of its business: customer, employee, franchisee, & partner.

Why did JAX Tyres & Auto stand out at the CX Awards?

The Best CX Transformation category recognises a client-side brand that has undergone a CX transformation to become customer-centric. The transformation was evaluated based on a benchmark set at the beginning of the transformation, and what impact has been delivered for both the customer and the business, with JAX achieving record NPS and sales growth.

The CX Awards 2022 celebrating customer experience excellence were announced at Royal Randwick Racecourse on 10 November 2022. The CX Awards are the ultimate accolade to benchmark and recognise customer experience excellence and innovation in the region. The judges use a rigorous and transparent judging process and these CX Awards go one step further in helping to differentiate the very best leaders, teams, strategies and innovations.

The winners were chosen by a panel made up of experts like: Michelle Hay, CX  Director, Optus; David Pisker, GM Strategy and Innovation, Officeworks; Ebenezer Banful, Domain Lead – CX and Brand Insights, ANZ; Elyssia Clark, Head of Customer Insights and Strategy, Seek and Christopher Cramond, Head of Customer Strategy and Insights, AustralianSuper.
