InMobi’s Richard O’Sullivan promoted to VP Agency Partnerships, APAC

Richard O’Sullivan, Vice President and General Manager at InMobi

InMobi, a provider of content, marketing, and monetisation technologies that help businesses fuel growth, announced expanded charters for the local team in Australia and New Zealand (ANZ), including the expansion of Richard O’Sullivan’s role as Vice President & General Manager, ANZ to double-hat and become VP of Agency Partnerships in Asia Pacific (APAC).

What expertise does Richard bring to his new role?

In his expanded role, O’Sullivan will leverage his expertise in forming long-term strategic agency partnerships within ANZ, to help drive deeper and more extensive partnerships across the entire APAC region. He will work closely with Rishi Bedi, Managing Director for APAC.

“Before rejoining InMobi to lead the ANZ team in 2019, Richard held senior roles across InMobi’s EMEA, Asia and North American operations. He has a wealth of experience in forging global agency relationships which will be invaluable in taking our APAC partnership activity to the next level whilst continuing to lead the ANZ team,” commented Rishi Bedi.

Who are the other promotions at InMobi?

Within the ANZ team, Matthew McGinley has been promoted to Head of Publisher and Telco Development, ANZ (formerly a Senior Manager), while Valentina Lizzi has been promoted to Senior Manager – Platforms, ANZ (formerly Lead Account Strategist, ANZ) to work closely with demand-side platform and agency trading desks. India-based Yashaswini C has also been promoted to Partner Manager, ANZ and will be working with InMobi’s existing publishers.

Crisna Hai and Vasudev Kittur see expanded charters with Crisna leading Agencies & Performance Advertisers and Vasudev leading the Agency Development for Victoria, South Australia, and NZ with focus on Omnicom, GroupM, Publicis, IPG, Dentsu and Havas.

The string of promotions comes as InMobi continues to expand its programmatic business in ANZ via the InMobi Exchange. Earlier in May, it launched Curated, by InMobi, a series of privacy-compliant customised private marketplaces on the InMobi Exchange to help mobile advertisers in the ANZ region better reach and engage with relevant niche audiences.

By empowering and investing in talent across the Australia New Zealand region, InMobi is well positioned and ready to embrace the significant growth potential that its technology leadership, deep in-market expertise, and unique culture have to offer.
