impact.com makes promotions across APAC as its customer portfolio grows

impact.com, the world-renown partnership management platform, has announced a raft of promotions as it continues to expand its brand, publisher, and agency portfolio across APAC.

Nick Randall has been promoted to the newly created position of Regional VP of Customer Growth for APAC. Randall joined impact.com in 2020 as Director of Customer Success and Operations for APAC, and since then has grown the ARR under his management by 123% and doubled his team from 6-12 people across Australia, Singapore, China and Indonesia.

What does Randall’s promotion mean for impact.com?

Also, Helena Barroso Zarco becomes Customer Success Director for SEA, in addition to ANZ, which she was responsible for, Dan Christ has been promoted to Senior Customer Success Manager from Customer Success Manager, Nick Pringle has been promoted to Senior Revenue Enablement Manager from Revenue Enablement Specialist, and Rosie Rae has been promoted to Publisher Acquisition Manager from Partnership Development Executive.

impact.com has significantly expanded its customer list in the last 12 months as more brands realise the potential of the partnership channel to drive incremental revenue. The firm has recently welcomed multiple Australian brands including Billini, Rollie Nation and Bikes Online, Myer, Crocs, Compare The Market, Waggly, and VistaPrint and agency partner Sparro.
