Hub Australia’s Brisbane workspace site to become largest in Australia

Hub Australia will significantly expand the size of its flexible workspace site, Hub ANZAC Square, to make it their largest offering in the country accommodating up to 830 members.

The addition of a full floor of new premium workspace will evolve Hub ANZAC Square to five-storeys, meeting the growing demand for flexible office space in the heart of Brisbane’s CBD.

Features at Hub Australia’s ANZAC Square in Brisbane

Spanning 5,136sqm from 3,861sqm, the expanded site will include sophisticated amenity, advanced technology and trendy lifestyle facilities in the heritage-listed Brisbane building.

Blue-chip corporates have expressed interest in the expanded space, to work with local Brisbane businesses at Hub ANZAC Square, including Touch2Pay and Black Wolf Consulting.

Hub Australia CEO, Brad Krauskopf said, “We’ve created Hub Australia’s largest site in Brisbane as we expect companies to be drawn to the stable and resilient commercial market.”

“Despite COVID-19 restrictions in Queensland, demand for high-end, engaging and versatile workspaces is strong and we see significant enquiry from SMBs through to large corporates.”

“Hub ANZAC Square has been occupied at a high capacity since opening so we know our flexible product and hospitality-led service is well received by the Brisbane market.”

Geyer Design will create the new premium amenity – including an ergonomic lobby, collaboration spaces and meeting rooms, a communal gathering space, kitchen area and a sleek outdoor terrace – on Level 2 of the ANZAC Square Building at 200 Adelaide Street.

It will seamlessly connect to Hub’s existing flexible workspaces on Levels 4, 5, 6 and 7, which feature flexible, dedicated desks, offices, suites and meeting rooms. Other state-of-the-art amenities include a café, kitchen, rooftop event space, media and exercise studio.
