Australia’s premium flexible workspace and building hospitality provider, Hub Australia, is solidifying its position as the national leader in the space as it expands to Western Australia.

Hub Elizabeth Quay will mark the provider’s inaugural Perth flexible workspace in Nine The Esplanade once the development, which is currently being undertaken by a joint venture between Brookfield Properties and Cbus Property, is set to be complete in 2025, followed closely by another site at the 45-level commercial destination Brookfield Place Perth.

What does Hub Australia bring to Perth?

The services will be rolled out to first-class developments, with Brookfield Place Perth entering a landlord partnership with Brookfield Properties that will see Hub Australia manage shared amenities including a business lounge, meeting and events spaces, café, and outdoor terrace.

Brookfield Place Perth ‘by Hub’ will be a flexible workspace located across levels one to four of the St Georges Terrace destination across about 8,000 sqm of premium floorspace. It will include a mix of traditional flexible space as well as larger format project space catering for the dynamic needs of the clients in Perth. Hub Elizabeth Quay will be across two-storeys in Nine The Esplanade, which is being built as a 19-storey waterfront landmark of the CBD.

Hub Australia will also manage building hospitality on level one Nine The Esplanade, providing a premium experience for tenants throughout the shared business lounge, meeting and events facilities, and high-quality café and bar. Buoyed by unprecedented demand for flexible working spaces and Perth’s highest office occupancy levels in the country, Hub Australia anticipates strong demand for the new flexible work sites and future landlord partnerships.

What does the expansion mean for Hub Australia?

Brad Krauskopf, Chief Executive Officer at Hub Australia said: “We’ve been looking to expand into the WA market for some time now, and we’re thrilled to be finally opening our first two flexible workspaces in Perth’s CBD. Demand for premium office space in Perth is consistently high and we’re already receiving significant interest from potential tenants across both sites.”

“Our Building Hospitality service also reflects that delivering quality workspaces is no longer just about the desks and square metres. Next-generation professionals are looking for the highest-quality, most seamless workplace experiences – and businesses know they need to provide this in order to attract and retain the top talent,” Brad Krauskopf further commented.

“Our hospitality services means landlords can offer tenants the most exclusive services and amenities, with a hospitality-led approach that transforms the workplace into an experience.”
