Australia thought leaders headline the HR + L&D Innovation Tech Fest 2022

Two in-depth research reports have recently been released, focused on the HR and Learning and Development (L&D) sectors, with findings set to influence the behaviour of decision makers in the space. Themes that emerged from the research were used to build the agenda for the upcoming HR + L&D Innovation & Tech Fest 2022, two major industry conferences hosted concurrently that are set to bring together over 1,000 HR and L&D professionals. 

The conferences are happening from Tuesday 8 to Wednesday 9 November 2022 at the International Convention Centre Sydney. The research was conducted via small face-to-face think tanks and discussion groups hosted in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane in Q2 2022.

What can be expected at the event?

HR + L&D Innovation & Tech Fest will show how innovation and process improvement is being enabled by tech through a combination of case studies, presentations, product demonstrations and panels. The HR Innovation & Tech Fest event will run concurrently to the L&D Tech Fest event, with streams to address the challenges for the closely linked industries.
