GoTo recently hosted its 2023 ANZ partner summit that provided its ANZ partners with insight into GoTo’s channel growth in 2022, as it doubled its growth in the channel YoY since launching GoTo Connect in 2019. The summit discussed GoTo’s Unified Communications and Collaboration (UCC) and IT Management and Support portfolio roadmaps, as well as featured a partner panel and Q&A. GoTo also announced its four ANZ partner award winners.

What were the highlights of 2023 ANZ partner summit?

Majority of GoTo’s Australian-based partners attended the summit, getting insight into how they can accelerate their business growth across the full GoTo suite of innovative solutions. GoTo announced its 2022 Partner Award Winners, with Network Pioneers, Telephone & Communication Services, NativUC and TelcoDataCloud all winning respective awards.

“The presentations and panel discussion were very informative and gave us a great outlook into GoTo’s roadmaps for 2023. We look forward to continuing to work with them, and it is always great to spend time in person with the team. We would like to extend our congratulations to the award winners too,” said Dushern Pather, CEO at TechSpecialist.

Marouane Rouicheq, MD at NativUC, who won GoTo’s Top Contact Centre Partner award said: “It was great to be recognised as an award winner from GoTo. Our partnership has been successful, and we are excited tofurther work together in the channel. Congratulations to the other winners, and we have taken away learnings from the event to improve our ANZ channel growth across the full GoTo portfolio, especially tapping into its incentive programs”.

What does summit mean for GoTo?

Since GoTo’s Connect’s channel launch in 2019 with GoTo’s full UCC suite, it has doubled its growth YoY with GoTo’s UCC portfolio operating 100%, and its IT management and product sales accounting for 15% of total ITSG revenue, a 30% increase from the end of 2021.

“It was great to be able to connect with our regional partners at the ANZ Partner Summit. They have been integral for GoTo extending our market reach, expanding on our business communication offerings, and bolstering our channel presence with our IT management and support solutions,” commented Yvette McEnearney, APAC Channel Director at GoTo.

“Our channel growth has been nothing short of impressive, and with the support of our partners, the channel now makes up 70% of our total UCC revenue. And with only 15% of our IT Management and Support business, with products like GoTo Resolve and Rescue, operating through the channel, we expect much more growth to come,” McEnearney said.

The GoTo Partner Network also recently introduced GoTo Resolve for MSPs, and a formalised partner program with tiered benefits, including lucrative incentives and dedicated resources.  Also, GoTo’s VP of Global Partner Sales, Michael Day, was recognised as one of CRN’s top Channel Chiefs for 2023, and by Channel Futures as a Channel Influencer of the Year.
