Flashpoint is proud to be Certified by Great Place to Work for the second year in a row.
The prestigious achievement is based entirely on what current employees say about their experience working at Flashpoint.
96% of employees said it’s a great place to work, 37 points higher than the U.S. companies.
Great Place to Work is the global authority on workplace culture, employee experience, and the leadership behaviours to deliver revenue, employee retention and innovation.

“We’re thrilled to be Great Place to Work Certified again,” said Lisa Iadanza, CPO of Flashpoint.
“The Flashpoint employee and new hire experience is our top priority and it informs everything that we do. We currently owe our continued success to every single Flashpointer.”

How Flashpoint is building a people-first company
In the year 2021, Flashpoint’s People team executed a number of initiatives in order to facilitate offering support to the remote worker and the remote new hire experience.
All staff, new and tenured, were given more stipends to set up their home work environments.
The team kicked off a new hire buddy program pairing new Flashpointers with employees from other teams to build enduring and nurture-driven relationships in the company.
The People team set up virtual learning experiences and events like diversity and inclusion (D&I) discussion groups, trivia nights, holiday-themed activities, and other fun diversions.
Finally, the People team implemented greater and improved benefits, including the 2022 kick-off of a 401K match program, as well as access to Aaptiv, Headspace and Origin to support the physical, mental and financial wellbeing of Flashpoint employees.
According to Great Place to Work research, job seekers are 4.5 times more likely to find a great boss at a Certified great workplace.
Additionally, employees at Certified workplaces are 93% more likely to look forward to coming to work, and are twice as likely to be paid fairly, earn a fair share of the company’s profits and have a fair chance at promotion.
