Sebastian Rönnlund from Netlight has been appointed interim CTO at Encare. Sebastian joins Encare to strengthen the company in connection with the acceleration of international expansion to establish an even more efficient and modern development organization. Encare expands its team with a new CTO to increase the turnover in the product organization.
What does Sebastian bring to Encare in the role?
Sebastian Rönnlund will establish a modern and efficient development organization to ensure that Encare can meet the needs of current and future customers in a faster and better way.
Sebastian has been a consultant at Netlight for eight years and has vast experience managing cross-functional, high-achieving development teams. He previously worked at Spotify in different positions; among others, he was appointed Engineering Manager at Soundtrap, Spotify’s industry-leading digital audio workstation accessible directly from a web browser.

What does the appointment mean for Encare?

Encare is a healthtech firm whose cloud-based software helps healthcare providers to follow international treatment guidelines before, during and after major surgical procedures. The firm has developed a SaaS solution, interactive cloud-based software, that improves the outcome of surgery. The product is being designed and improved to accelerate international expansion.
