Crunchr raises funding so as to help revolutionise HR in people analytics

Crunchr, the People Analytics platform for Enterprise Human Resource teams has announced its latest funding in a round led by specialist Software as a Service(SaaS) investor, Oxx.

Oxx has joined the company’s existing strategic investors, Randstad, who are the world’s largest recruitment agency, and Nationale-Nederlanden, a large Dutch insurer.

Crunchr will add predictive analytics capabilities to their platform and expand employee retention, skill-based workforce planning and data driven storytelling functions.

Crunchr to expand to foreign markets

The remainder of the funding will be used to fuel international expansion, with the company planning to open an office in the United States of America, and treble its team.

In recent years, enterprise Human Resource teams have adopted an array of different HR software tools, each focusing on different elements of the HR workflow.

As these companies manage thousands of people across multiple geographies, adopting a new, disconnected suite of tools has only increased the levels of complexity.
