Cognizant announced the appointment of Rob Marchiori as Country Leader in Australia. In his new role, Rob is responsible for innovating, developing and executing the company’s strategy for Australia, reporting to Jane Livesey, Senior Vice President, Asia Pacific region, Cognizant.
What does the appointment mean for Cognizant?
Rob first joined Cognizant in 2021 as the ANZ lead for Banking Financial services, and Insurance and later took on the role of Head of Markets ANZ. He played a leading role in developing key client partnerships in Australia and expanding the Markets team.

What does Rob bring to Cognizant in the new role?

Prior, Rob worked with Australia and New Zealand Banking Group where he held various roles across delivery and transformation, leading on many projects including the Australia and New Zealand Banking Group’s, business-wide transformation and technology programme. Rob has also held roles with several other organisations including RBS, ABN AMRO and Accenture.
Rob is based in Melbourne.
