Cognigy, leader in omnichannel customer service automation, closed an additional US$15m funding round with DTCP. This brings the total Series B funding for the company to US$59m.
Capitalising on strong demand for its services, Cognigy will leverage the investment to cement its position as a leader in the US$6.8bn global conversational AI market and enhance its platform capabilities for adoption of conversational AI platforms for enterprises worldwide.
