CIMET group, an end-to-end white label comparison and technology platform business announced the appointment of Kunwar Aditya Saxena (Addie) as its CFO. This appointment follows CIMET’s exponential year-on-year revenue growth of 76% for FY2021 and its recent strategic partnership with iSelect Limited (ASX:ISU), attracting an investment of $26.6m.
What is the role of Addie in his new position?
Addie joined CIMET in September 2020 as the Strategy Adviser where he led the capital raise process and executed the iSelect transaction for CIMET. After completion of the iSelect transaction, Addie has now assumed the Chief Financial Officer role effective immediately.
Reporting to the CEO of CIMET, Addie is responsible for overall finance and strategy needs at CIMET, like building a strong finance team, delivering corporate finance, accounts and taxation duties, leading the finance and strategy teams to deliver a long term shareholder return.
Addie will further actively play a role in CIMET’s ambitious growth strategy, expanding its product and technology offerings beyond just energy and broadband and into new sectors such as banking and finance as well as expansion into international markets.

What is Addie’s industry expertise?
Addie brings 16 years of diverse corporate and investment banking experience to this role. He was at BlueMount Capital in Sydney, as Director Investment banking and also worked at MITCON (INDIA) in Australia. He also led various leadership positions in multinational firms such as Essel, Zee, Essar, Lanco etc. covering corporate finance and strategy roles.
His expertise is into M&A and capital raise, he has been an extremely successful professional and a high achiever throughout his career. Addie commented, “I am very excited to be joining CIMET’s executive team and to be witnessing the massive growth that it offers.”
