Corporate Finance Associates Worldwide (CFAW), a global investment bank, announced Oliver Drews as Vice Chairman Large Cap International and member of the Executive Committee. Oliver will focus on M&A strategies for large firms expanding in North America.
Oliver brings industry experience to CFAW
Oliver’s insights into multinationals and advisory experience with CFAW’s track record with middle-market businesses in North America combined with CFAW’s understanding of middle-market transactions enables large firms and financial sponsors to access privately owned companies and the execution excellence required to successfully conclude transactions.
Oliver has over 30 years of expertise. Oliver was a Managing Director at Credit Suisse in Frankfurt and London, Managing Director at Dresdner Group in Frankfurt, London, Singapore and Tokyo and is founder and Managing Partner of Clifftop Colony, a Cape Town M&A firm.
