Tech Mahindra and IQM sign MoU for research in quantum computing

Tech Mahindra, a provider of digital transformation, consulting, and business re-engineering services and solutions, and IQM Quantum Computers, the quantum computers company, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for research in quantum computing. The organizations will explore synergies in mutually beneficial areas of quantum computing, cryptography, and communication tech. They will jointly develop new quantum computing offerings for various industries including healthcare, cyber security, and banking, among others. They will further co-develop and market quantum tech use cases in India and Finland.

Drone specialists visit Sellafield to build standards across UK industries

DRONE specialists who have worked on industrial sites all over the world met in West Cumbria to learn from the area’s nuclear site pioneers. The purpose of the visit to Sellafield’s Engineering Centre of Excellence was to build on the learning of the organisation’s Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) team to help develop industry training standards for the use of drones on all sites across the UK including engineering, construction, nuclear and the water industry.

Acusensus has lodged its underwritten IPO prospectus, seeking to raise $20m through the issue of 5 million shares at $4 per share, which will its indicative market capitalisation on listing to just over $100m. It is anticipated that the stock will start trading on the ASX on Jan 12, 2023. Bell Potter Securities Limited was lead manager and underwriter to the IPO.
