Deputy appoints Silvija Martincevic as its CEO after reaching $100m ARR

Deputy, the shift management platform, announced the appointment of its new CEO, Silvija Martincevic, to scale the business as it reaches a milestone of securing $100m in annual recurring revenue servicing 330,000 workplaces and 1.3 million shift workers globally. Martincevic succeeds Deputy co-founder Ashik Ahmed as CEO who has taken the company through extensive growth during unforeseen macro-economic factors, like a global pandemic which drastically affected shift workers and business owners. Ahmed will transition out of the day-to-day operations and join Deputy’s Board of Directors where he will play an advisory role to ensure Martincevic’s transition is seamless as she assumes her global responsibilities.
