Clari jumpstarts global expansion with new investments in the APAC region

Clari announced new investments to expand international growth to the APAC with the hire of Abdul Javed as Clari’s Vice President of Sales in APAC. Based in Sydney, Javed is tasked with growing Clari’s team in Australia as a stepping stone for further expansion in the APAC region. In January, Clari closed on its Blackstone-led $225m Series F investment round, raising the firm’s valuation to over $2.6bn. This follows Clari’s $150m Series E round in March 2021, bringing total funding in less than twelve months to $375m while more than quadrupling the firm’s valuation in two years. Clari more than doubled its team to over 600 since the start of 2021 and plans to add 300 employees in 2022, with an emphasis on international expansion.

OFS’s software, which uses sensors to draw data from the packing line to identify and reduce waste, has become the de facto standard for packing-line efficiency monitoring in Australia.

Faire launches in Australia to aid retailers access the global market
