Austin Engineering Limited (Austin) wishes to formally welcome Linda O’Farrell, who commences work immediately as a Non-Executive Director on the Austin Board. Linda O’Farrell is a senior executive with extensive experience in the global resources sector.
What is the market expertise of Linda?
Linda has held senior people, culture, and leadership development roles for major resources firms including Newcrest, BHP, Mount Gibson Iron. She is currently Director Fortescue People at Fortescue Metals Group (FMG), where she has led the people and people operations and infrastructure teams since 2013, during a period of rapid growth across the business.
Linda O’Farrell is currently on the Board of the Australian Institute of Management WA, and also chairs its Advisory Council. Linda is also the Vice President of the Australian Resources and Energy Employers Association, and is also on the Board of Lifeline Australia.
