Aither has appointed Christine Axton as its inaugural Chief Operating Officer.
With 25 years of research and consulting experience under her belt, Christine’s recent experiences include leadership roles at Monitor Deloitte, Deloitte Digital and Nous Group.

She has specialist knowledge in growth strategy, organisational capability and digital transformation and a record of cultivating high performing professional service teams.
Having expanded internationally and grown considerably over the last two years, Aither’s Directors and Senior Team identified the need to appoint a Chief Operating Officer.

Aither Directors Chris Olszak and Will Fargher expressed optimistic excitement.
