WorkJam – the digital workplace for organisations with frontline employees – has announced Adelaide Oval to their client portfolio, entering the Stadium and Sports domain in Australia. The collaboration will see WorkJam assist Adelaide Oval in engaging nearly 1,500 employees.
What will WorkJam do for Adelaide Oval?
WorkJam aim to drive consistency for all team members at Adelaide Oval, by enhancing communication, ability to access to key documents and efficient onboarding system.
WorkJam’s capabilities will improve flexibilities in the workplace for Adelaide Oval’s casual workforce, break down barriers between the casual and permanent cohorts and aims to improve compliance among new and existing employees. Adelaide Oval Chief Executive Officer, Nick Addison, believes the relationship will encourage its frontline employees, placing a strong focus on improving communication to build a holistic workforce community.
“We know that the average Australian spends 2.5hrs per day on their phones. Our WorkJam platform gets us out of our team’s inboxes and into their palms, with the aim to improve engagement, break down barriers of communication with an authentic two-way dialogue, and to ultimately improve our workplace culture,” Nick Addison commented.
WorkJam Australia Managing Director APAC Andrew Myers said, “The team at WorkJam is incredibly excited to announce the signing of the iconic stadium, Adelaide Oval, to our client portfolio. Our first stadium and sports domain client to be signed here in Australia.”
