Adelaide Oval selects WorkJam to bolster engagement for its employees 

WorkJam – the digital workplace for organisations with frontline employees – has announced Adelaide Oval to their client portfolio, entering the Stadium and Sports domain in Australia. The collaboration will see WorkJam assist Adelaide Oval in engaging nearly 1,500 employees. 

What will WorkJam do for Adelaide Oval?

WorkJam aim to drive consistency for all team members at Adelaide Oval, by enhancing communication, ability to access to key documents and efficient onboarding system.

WorkJam’s capabilities will improve flexibilities in the workplace for Adelaide Oval’s casual workforce, break down barriers between the casual and permanent cohorts and aims to improve compliance among new and existing employees. Adelaide Oval Chief Executive Officer, Nick Addison, believes the relationship will encourage its frontline employees, placing a strong focus on improving communication to build a holistic workforce community.
